taboo taboo.
in 5 minutes of play:
"that thing.. on your head.. underneath your nose!"
"caterpillar!" (answer: smile)
"we are all what of l k y?"
"respectful!" (answer: puppets)
"you do this after you finish watching a show..."
"wank!" (answer: clap)
life is slowly settling into a very comfortable rut. 5 days of school left! amazing how time flies. february's rolling round again-- march will be here before i know it (heh heh to those who get it) and i'll be (theoretically) completely-free to go wherever i want! except for the fact that i only know how to drive to serangoon gardens, bukit timah, nus, and environs.
interesting to note that my anti-vday article has been quietly circulating around smu econs. at the very least the source (ie me) seems to be correctly-attributed since all the mg girls are amusedly telling me about it. i really should negotiate a raise based on standard advertising rates-- my article is practically guerilla advertising for CRAVE.
valentine's day.. ah. i only bitch about it because i'm paid to.
now i believe that lovers should be draped in flowers
and laid entwined together on a bed of clover
left there to sleep
left there to dream of their happiness

boring is underrated. some excitement is great, but on the whole i much prefer (for my psychological health) frantic, pointless activity (mugging 10 days for 20 mcq questions) to long-drawn, hand-wringing, late-night-anguished-telephone-conversation-type wagnerian love/death/everything-in-between sagas. very escapist, no? but certainly the former is in a way, more relaxing than having to deal with the latter.
as you can tell i like to avoid real life whenever possible. thank god i'm in medicine...
