back from medicamp!
haven't touched my bass for almost 3 weeks. thanks to baos i'm currently working a stemcorp roadshow at suntec, which should cover half the costs of my next diving trip. the other half is coming from dynasty travel, and it's son's essay. (it being the insanely-fat phenotypically-female person-of-indeterminate-gender with stubble, who trapped me in her house for 2.5 hours to do IB exam papers for her son, just so that she could compare answers. the best thing was, i never even got to meet my tutee. bleagh)
frightnight was great fun, even though all 3 p-ntian-ks (aka pumpkins! apparently the p-word attracts them.) were too bloody frightened to go anywhere near the freaky-deaky banana tree. erks. when joachim dropped a piece of newspaper from the tower where we were stationed it took me about half a minute to stop screaming.
other than joel's surprise birthday (yes, we didn't forget! really!) medicamp was thankfully uneventful. much cock was talked and i managed to chalk up a fair bit of slacking and relakking so those 4 days were on the whole quite relaxing; more so than thailand, which was a whirlwind of shopping, and turkey-on-a-package, which meant sleeping at 12am (nocturnal me) and waking up at 5.
so! looking forward to advaned openwater course now. and of course waiting for the turkey pictures, so i can update all 4 of my loyal readers. heh. heh.
