singing penta-gram
from med-em:
"Rules of the game:
1. post 5 weird/random stuff about yourself
2. at the end, list the names of 5 people who you want next to do this, and leave a "you are tagged" comment and tell them to read your blog for rules"
1. i can't cook (exploded an egg in the microwave once. didnt know you dont cook them that way) but can make an eye-crossingly-good sandwich if im in the mood (it involves bacon, oozy egg, marmite, good cheddar, oregano, rosemary, assorted vegs and sikkrit sauce-- no, its not spit.), and also a two-teabag teh tarik. and fench toast+mozzarella+apple rings which tastes much nicer than it sounds.
2. i have two balls of algae in my room from lake aka, courtesy of jacinta, and a bamboo pole, which i twirl around my very small room when i get bored or need to relieve frustration.
3. i took ballet lessons for about a month when i was a kid.
4. for quite a long time my ambition was to be a national geographic staff writer like mike yamashita. dangling from treetops with camera and pencil just appeals to my imp of the perverse. later ambitions include rockstar and bartender. (i was quite serious about that last one for a while)
5. im a total lord of the rings fanatic. i went to nz in j1 to visit all the filming sites and in sec3 i could actually carry out a severely-truncated conversation in quenya.
ok! emseck, shel, bao, ys, and elaine.

in the depth of winter i finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer.

to be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best night and day to make you like everybody else means to fight the hardest battle any human being can fight and never stop fighting.
